Toast Atlas is a fun experiment from Ravolution AB, a Stockholm venture studio building platforms that aim to make life a little better for people. This one celebrates how the world raises a glass.
1. Parties and service
This agreement is between you and Ravolution AB, corporate identity number 556709-7547 ("we"). Toast Atlas is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your country and at least 18 years old. Each person may have only one account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
3. The spirit of the place
You may not post, and we may remove:
Rankings, comparisons or records of individual people's drinking.
Personal drinking challenges, dares or drinking-game leaderboards.
Content that encourages dangerous or excessive drinking.
Content involving or directed at minors.
Hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination.
Promotion of brands or products without clear disclosure of any commercial relationship.
Content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Ravolution AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for example translate, and calculate rankings and statistics from) and promote your content within Toast Atlas and its promotion. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.
You confirm that you have the right to post the content and that any people shown or described in it have agreed.
5. Accuracy
Rankings and figures on Toast Atlas are community estimates. They are not scientific, medical or official statistics and must not be relied upon as such.
6. Health notice
Toast Atlas documents drinking cultures and does not encourage drinking. If alcohol is causing problems for you or someone close to you, help is available:

Anywhere: contact your local health service or emergency number.
7. Reporting and moderation (EU Digital Services Act)
Every story and proposal has a "Report" button. We review notices diligently and without undue delay. Where we remove or restrict content or suspend an account, we inform the affected user with a statement of reasons, including the facts relied on and the rule applied.
You may appeal a moderation decision within six months by replying to the decision or writing to [EMAIL PLACEHOLDER]. Appeals are reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision.

8. Proposals
Ideas submitted as proposals may be used freely by Ravolution AB without payment or other obligation to you.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ravolution AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by users. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the "Your data" page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this agreement, with a statement of reasons.
11. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
If you are a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where EU law gives you that right.
12. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email or on-site notice before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated agreement.
